Wellness Wednesdays
Have you always wanted to learn how to meditate? Do you think that you are one of ‘those’ people who just can’t ?
Well I am here to tell you that everyone can ! and group guided meditation is the BEST way to learn. We learn meditation techniques, discuss interesting NEW AGE (and sometimes ancient) topics such as : Angels, Energy, the Unconscious mind, Pendulums, The 4 Clairs, Tapping, Manifesting and other spiritual and/or personal growth topics. We bond and learn and support one another not only on Wednesdays but also through our private facebook group.

Drop in dates are Wednesday April 5 and Wednesday April 12. (private location in Oakville) its a great opportunity to ‘trial’ the group and see if it’s for you. If it is; register for a 6 week session! $10/per person
Next 6 WEEK SESSION begins :
Wednesday April 19th for 6 weeks (private location in Oakville)
Daytime 10:30am -12noon OR Evening 7:30-9pm
6 sessions for $60.00 (you’ll receive a punch card for 6 prepaid sessions)
